Two trips in one week!!!

Heyhey!!!
Just a quick update, cause there are 3 people waiting for the internet already.
This week I've got one of Sam's kids from last year, Matty. But I had him half of the week, because Sam was ill that week. It was so cute when he saw me on Sunday. It nearly made me cry, such a huge smile on his face. I've got him together with another Matthew. Both really easy and fun kids. Yesterday we went to see the NY Giants, a famous football team!! They're having their practise games at the moment to create a new team out of at the end of August. It was really funny to see all the football guys and all the female staff was very excited of course!!! haha!!! We watched them practise, had an autograph/picture session and lunch and then we went back to camp. It was a good morning!! Worth getting up at 5 for...HAHA!!
This morning we had to get up at 5 again, because we were going to the beach. We arrived at the beach at 9 and left at 11 again, because it was too warm. One of the kids had a seizure straight away. It was about 105F, about 40C. WAAAYYY TOOO HOTTTT!!! haha!! No, my kids loved it and were very disappointed when we had to leave early. We had lunch at one of the Elks' lodges and went back to camp again to watch a movie and have a pool party. Now I am absolutely exhausted, so gonna have an early night, but gonna plan our trip after camp first.
My mum and Theo were here last Sunday. I went down to NYC on Saturday to meet them and stayed in their hotel; a double bed for myself!!! What a luxury!!! On Sunday we took the bus to camp and I showed them around till my new kids arrived!! It was great having them here!!! And they liked it too!!!

Fijn om weer wat van je te horen, behalve dan per telefoon. Ook wij gaan ons best doen om nog iets aan je lege muur bij te dragen, maar net als Leontien vragen we ons af of het op tijd zal komen.
Vanmorgen toevallig even bij Annemiek Zondag (van de Wollegras, weet je wel?) langs geweest. Ze was toch hoogzwanger? Wat een toeval dat ze net vannacht een dochtertje gekregen heeft! En Bram en Marieke zijn vreselijk nieuwsgierig en lief voor hun nieuwe zusje. Tot mails of bels!
